Building Services/Utilities/ Energy Reduction Projects:
In Line Cleaning System project: Installation of a new automatic cleaning system to optimize the chemical cleaning of the chiller condensing inner tubes and downtimes
Condensate Return Project: Improvements on the over condensing system to improve the condensate return waster recovery from average 60% to over 85%.
Run Around Loop Project: reduce energy costs on utilities, such as: chilled water, hot water and electrical power.
Lighting Retrofit Project: Replace and install high efficiency devices to perform a retrofit to the Lighting System and Occupancy Control at Manufacturing Areas that will improve the building’s working conditions as well as save in energy costs
CO2 and Temperature Setback for AHU’s: Installation of monitoring devices to the spaces and controlling the outdoor air volume needed by units , the cooling load can be decreased and modulated while complying with the 800 ppm threshold parameter. 
New LPG Facilities: The project considers converting boilers to dual fuel, kerosene and LPG, and the construction of the related infrastructure with 2-30,000 gal tanks, deluge fire protection, piping, automation and monitoring.
HVAC Upgrade for QA/QC Laboratories: design, procurement and installation of a new HVAC system for laboratory facilities including chemical and microbiology area, installation of zone control for the different laboratories
New Chiller Plant: design, construction and installation of 1,600 tons of chiller units for pharmaceutical site, including primary and secondary pumping systems, cooling tower systems and facilities for chiller equipment's.            

Facilities Projects
USDA Offices Refurbished Project- Electrical/FA/Communication/Data, Mechanical, HVAC & Architectural/Civil improvements to the USDA Offices in Puerto Rico.
New or Improvements to ARMY/Navy/Air Force/Marines Recruitment Center Offices in Puerto Rico.
Retention Room Expansion: design and modification of existing sample retention area, added controlled area for retention of controlled substance samples, installation of new HVAC system for  environmental control. 
Roof Upgrade: retrofit of roof weatherproofing system for industrial building (approximately 160,000 sq ft. Modification to Manufacturing Suites: refurbish and construction of existing process room area, modify room to  comply with requirement for new manufacturing process. 
DEA Compliance for Rooms: design & upgrade room security controls to comply with manufacturing process for Schedule III-V products.
Sink Hole Improvements project: Refurbished existing manual valves system by installing new automatic valves, improve the pumping system and cleaning and improve the deep of sinks
Main Electrical Upgrade to Main Substation improvements to the main 115 kV substation system, improvements consist in installation of three 10 MVA transformers, new metering system, protection system and capacitor bank system.
Installation of new centralized Compressed Air System: Installation of four 2000 cfm centrifugal air compressor, dryers and new distribution system.

Process/Manufacturing Projects
USP Still Water: Installation Purchase, installation and qualification of a new Vapor Compression Water Still Unit and decommissioning, removal and disposition of the existing unit
Coating Process Efficiency Improvement: upgrade of batch coating systems to reduce process downtime due to wear of equipment, purchasing and installation of new drum drive and control, DX systems for process cooling and dehumidification, control system upgrade (including software, hardware and PLC programming).
Installation of Capsule Filler Machine: transfer capsule filler for alternate site, install and qualify process equipment, modify existing facilities to allow for installation of equipment.
